What the 4-Session Program is
It’s a set run of four sessions on one issue. The first is 90 minutes, then three of 60 minutes, all with me. You meet me by video anywhere in Australia, or in person in Adelaide by arrangement.
Between sessions you have a recording to play at home and a short self-hypnosis routine. After the last session you get a follow-up from me and 12 months of support.
Who the program suits
It suits one clear issue: a fear, a habit, sleep, confidence, putting things off or anger. Ongoing anxiety, panic, low mood, trauma and OCD usually need longer, so they go on a treatment plan.
Four is the usual number, not a promise. If sleep has been broken for years, we sometimes go to six or eight. You’ll know before we start. Not sure which fits? That’s what the free call is for.
What happens, session by session

You tell me what’s going on, and I tell you straight if I think I can help.
Session one, 90 minutes
We map what sets the issue off and what you’ve tried. Then you have your first hypnosis, in the same session.
Sessions two to four, 60 minutes each
Each starts with a short chat about your week. Then hypnosis in a chair, eyes closed. You take a recording home after each one.
After the last session
A follow-up from me, and 12 months of support if you need it.
What the 4-Session Program costs: $1,000
Paid at the start, it’s $1,000, which is $250 a session. As you go, it’s $300 a session, so $1,200 for four. Gambling is the one exception: that program is paid at the start only.

What’s included

Prepaid sessions last 12 months. If you do not need them all, use them for another issue or give them to someone you know.
Card or bank transfer, no surcharge. Prices in Australian dollars, no GST. Not covered by Medicare; some health fund extras pay a small benefit, so check with your fund.
Move a session with 24 hours’ notice at no cost. With less notice, the session comes out of your program, or a cancellation fee may be charged. No change-of-mind refunds on prepaid programs. All prices and terms · Terms of Service

I’m Ernest McLeod, an Adelaide hypnotherapist and Adelaide’s Hypno Coach since 2012. Stage fright has been part of my work for all fourteen years. Before hypnotherapy I spent years as a fashion photographer and a software developer. Behind the camera, I saw how easily confident people froze once the lens turned their way.

What I’m not: hypnotherapy isn’t a registered health profession here. I’m not AHPRA-registered, and I’m not a psychologist or counsellor. My memberships are voluntary. I also teach other hypnotherapists. The Australian Hypnotherapists’ Association has approved my smoking, vaping and gambling cessation courses for professional development (CPD).

Questions about the 4-Session Program
Is four sessions always enough?
It’s the usual number for these issues, not a promise. We check progress at every session. If you need more, extra sessions are $250 each prepaid or $300 as you go.
Can I pay as I go?
Yes, at $300 a session, $1,200 for four. Paying at the start saves $200. Gambling is the exception: that program is paid at the start only.
What if I don’t need all four sessions?
